I signed a lease for the top floor of a building (8th floor). A little over a week later, instead of receiving the returned copy of the lease signed by the landlord, I was pressured by Sentinel to accept renting the 5th floor of the same building instead, for $10 less per month.
I was told I had to accept that offer within 48 hours otherwise they'd rent the 5th floor to another other interested party.
